| 29. All complaints must go via Club and then the League before it will be heard by N.A.S.A. Where Members have a dispute with their own Club a letter may be sent to the League Committee, however, that letter must be copied to the Club concerned. This must be prior to the Club and League meetings |
| 30. Any person who has been banned from racing for a period in excess of 12 months may appeal against their ban at 12 monthly intervals |
| 31. A Complaints Officer must be appointed at all W.M.L. Points meetings |
| 32. Drivers or Officials using insolence or objectionable language or misconduct towards any persons at a race meeting will be disciplined |
